Return Policies
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required for all returns. Please read the following before requesting an RGA:
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Only UNUSED, resellable, and originally packaged items are eligible for exchange or return.
• If exchanging for a higher value item, you are responsible for the price difference.
• Clearly write the RGA number on the outside of the shipping package or on the packing slip. Do not write on the manufacturer’s box.
• Products returned for reasons other than defect or damage may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or $15 administrative fee (whichever is greater). In-store credit may be issued at our discretion.
• If you refuse delivery of an undamaged order, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from our location.
• All products must be returned in “as-new” condition, with original packaging, warranty cards, and installation instructions.
• There is a $35 re-boxing fee for products returned in a damaged box.
• Returned merchandise will be inspected. Items not in “as-new” condition may incur additional charges.
• Returns will not be accepted for products damaged by abuse or improper installation.
• We are not responsible for items that do not fit or function correctly due to incorrect information or parts ordered by the customer.
• Electrical items, painted, or custom-ordered items are not eligible for return.

Warranty Information:
Most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Any warranty claims must be made directly with the product manufacturer, who will determine warranty eligibility.
