Forged and machined in the U.S.A. from premium aircraft quality 4032 low expansion alloy, these pistons are a great choice for naturally aspirated, nitrous or boosted combinations. DSS Racings SX Series pistons have many High-End features that are not found on pistons in this price range. Features like generous CNC machined valve reliefs, forced pin oiling, drilled bottom land Intersecting oil groove drain backs, precision honed piston pin bores, diamond turned high strength skirts and high precision high strength wrist pins. While we have had customers make 1000 horsepower with SX Series forged pistons, for applications over 600 HP you should consider the longevity, durability and performance gains that our FX Series pistons offer.
